We only collect information that you have voluntarily provided by completing the ‘Contact Us’ form on our Get In Touch page of this website. We also collect data from emails that you have sent, text messages or from invoices that have been carried out by Core Heating (Bristol & Bath) Ltd.

What do we do with your information?
We wish to take away the burden of remembering when your annual boiler service or landlord gas safety inspection is due, therefore, we would like to use your data to provide a reminder service and contact you.
How long will you keep my data?
Our data files will have to fall in line with the lawful requirements as set out by HMRC and the HSE (Health and Safety Executive). We will only contact you on an annual basis (to fall in line with your boiler service/landlord inspection renewal date) and, therefore, if you choose not to use our services, we will stop sending you reminder letters unless you request us to do otherwise. You can request a copy of the personal data that we hold for you. An administration fee may be charged.
