When we are called in for a boiler service, we will ensure that your appliance is working according to all current regulations so that you can have peace of mind that your home and family are safe. It is important to note that to carry out a service, your boiler needs to be fully functional. However, if your boiler isn’t working, don’t worry, we are specialised in repairs too!

50 DHW sensor error (iC-Range only)

78 Water pressure out of range
101 Overheat error
105 Venting program active when power turned on or interrupted (runs approx. 7 mins)
108 Pressure needs filling to < 0.5 bar
109 Pressure > pmax error
IP4. Pressure needs filling to 0.5 – 0.8 bar
