• Wall-mounted boiler (most varieties) – £105.00 + VAT*
• Floor-mounted boiler (most varieties) – £105.00 + VAT*
• Fires – £105.00 + VAT*
PLEASE NOTE: An additional cost of £10 may apply if the boiler is in the loft without easy access.
LANDLORD GAS SAFETY INSPECTION FOR A WALL MOUNTED COMBINATION/SYSTEM BOILER*
• Landlord Gas Safety Inspection with one appliance – £105.00 + VAT**
• Each subsequent appliance (excluding fires, please call for a price) – £10.00 + VAT**
• Boiler service alongside Landlord Gas Safety Inspection – £10.00 + VAT**
E.g. If you have a wall-mounted combination/system boiler and cooker, the landlord gas safety inspection will be £115.00 + VAT**, and if you want the boiler serviced, it will be an additional £10.00 + VAT*.

Commercial Gas Safety Inspection and service for each wall-mounted combination/system boiler – £150.00 + VAT*
COMMERCIAL GAS SAFETY INSPECTION FOR A FLOOR MOUNTED COMBINATION/SYSTEM BOILER*
Commercial Gas Safety Inspection and service for each floor-mounted combination/system boiler – £175.00 + VAT*
