RESIDENTIAL BOILER SERVICE
• Wall-mounted boiler (most varieties) – £115.00 + VAT*
• Floor-mounted boiler (most varieties) – £125.00 + VAT*
LANDLORD GAS SAFETY INSPECTION FOR A WALL MOUNTED COMBINATION/SYSTEM BOILER*
• Landlord Gas Safety Inspection with one appliance – £115.00 + VAT**
• Each subsequent appliance (excluding fires, please call for a price) – £10.00 + VAT**
• Boiler service alongside Landlord Gas Safety Inspection – £10.00 + VAT**
For example, if you have a wall-mounted combination/system boiler and cooker, the Landlord Gas Safety Inspection will be £125.00 + VAT*, and if you also require the boiler to be serviced, the additional cost will be £10.00 + VAT*.
LANDLORD GAS SAFETY INSPECTION FOR A FLOOR MOUNTED COMBINATION/SYSTEM BOILER*
• Landlord Gas Safety Inspection with one appliance – £125.00 + VAT**
• Each subsequent appliance (excluding fires, please call for a price) – £10.00 + VAT**
• Boiler service alongside Landlord Gas Safety Inspection – £10.00 + VAT**
For example, if you have a floor-mounted combination/system boiler and cooker, the Landlord Gas Safety Inspection will be £135.00 + VAT*, and if you also require the boiler to be serviced, the additional cost will be £10.00 + VAT*.
PLEASE NOTE: If the boiler is in the loft, or the access to the appliance is awkward, an additional charge of £10 +VAT will apply.
