Landlord Gas Safety Certificates in Bristol and Bath
As a landlord, you will be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure an annual landlord safety certificate is issued for your property.
We, at Core Heating, like to take the stress out of remembering when this will be done so please ask to be put on the database for your annual reminder!
The current landlord/service charges for domestic properties are:
Landlord Certificate with 1 appliance = £ 69.00 + VAT*
Each subsequent appliance = £10.00 + VAT*
Boiler service along side landlord certificate = £10.00 + VAT*
.g. If you have a boiler and a cooker, the landlord certificate will be £79.00 + VAT* and if you want the boiler serviced it will be an additional £10.00 + VAT*
*Extra cost will be incurred if parts need replacing
